The Pewter Hare Brooch is beautiful, the detail is great and it looks good on my cardigan. I have had some lovely comments about it already! The delivery was quick and the item was well packed so I am very happy with the Country Collection service!

Disappointing to hear that the navy leisure trousers will not now be available until the end of March but impressed by the fact that you sent me a letter to explain the reason for the delay.

Very easy to negotiate the website and placing an order is very straightforward with multiple payment options. Goods are always delivered swiftly and well packaged. If a refund is needed, returning is easy. My only concern is that very occasionally my refund is issued via a cheque . Unfortunately I am not always able to use the scan option and therefore have to visit my bank to pay in.

I’m new to your brand so still experimenting with sizes I bought a dress size 10 very loose and trousers size 10 and they were very ‘neat’

Some confusion because you said the blouse, which was out of stock, would be dispatched later. In the event I had to chase you up and then both items came together. This was not as fast as the delivery schedule I am used to from other suppliers

Ordering was easy. I would like a better choice of sizes in tops rather than just M for medium etc. An overlap of sizes would be better ie 12/14 then 14/16 etc. I ordered a pack of towels which were on back order. They have arrived and I had emails to keep me informed.Prior to that a jersey top, ordered with the towels, came within a few days by Royal Mail. A previous order of a nightie was good value and the size was spot on.

The items I bought are lovely, beautiful colours, but I think I am lucky to have them. The bag they came in was totally split open on one side and how everything stayed in, I have no idea. The opposite side of the bag had been sellotaped - maybe a stronger bag might be the answer? I really think I was lucky this time.
