Your service is excellent and the jumpers I have bought from country Collection and just what I wanted. Unfortunately the one |i bought last year from you and all my other wool jumpers have been attacked by moths and I had to throw them out. So I was delighted to see that you still sold the same one. An excellent service and i am very pleased with your ladies jumpers.

As a shopping experience I was very happy. Although I had to return two of the garments due to colour, the quality was good. I have since received confirmation (by post) of a refund for the two items returned.

Have just done so, warts and all - perfect fit for cardigan, but won't buy skirts and gilets for either of us without pockets, which goes for pyjamas too, where seams not sewn down on by button holes.

Good quality clothes. Sizes on snug side. Sadly delivery here was unusally late for Royalmail, though return was efficient. Prompt refund where required..

Well packaged and delivered within a reasonable time .It would be nice to know when orders are dispatched .

The sizing given is misleading. I ordered a medium but it was far too big for a medium. Have returned requesting exchange for small size.
