In general your products are reliable and arrive promptly after being ordered. Impossible to say how well they will serve until they have been in use for some time.

This is an excellent fit, a beautiful colour and delivery was quick once my order was in. It is a birthday present from my husband (who likes it too)

Easy to order on the website. The walking shoe size I ordered weren't available but it stated there would be a wait. Customer service contacted me to say there was a delay in delivery which was very helpful.

I bought a skirt for my mother who needed an elasticated waisted skirt. This came very promptly. The colour and fit are perfect and she is very happy and now looking at the catalogue for more purchases!

Very easy to negotiate the website and placing an order is very straightforward with multiple payment options. Goods are always delivered swiftly and well packaged. If a refund is needed, returning is easy. My only concern is that very occasionally my refund is issued via a cheque . Unfortunately I am not always able to use the scan option and therefore have to visit my bank to pay in.

I find looking at all the prints in the catalogue exhausting but love the plain generously cut and choice of length products

The items I bought are lovely, beautiful colours, but I think I am lucky to have them. The bag they came in was totally split open on one side and how everything stayed in, I have no idea. The opposite side of the bag had been sellotaped - maybe a stronger bag might be the answer? I really think I was lucky this time.

Country Collection clothes are well made and very good quality. The customer service is good, although the delivery delay can be frustrating when advertised goods are out of stock . I value the free returns service.
