Iona Patterned Pure Cotton Pull On Skirt

I bought a skirt for my mother who needed an elasticated waisted skirt. This came very promptly. The colour and fit are perfect and she is very happy and now looking at the catalogue for more purchases!

Disappointing to hear that the navy leisure trousers will not now be available until the end of March but impressed by the fact that you sent me a letter to explain the reason for the delay.

There is quite a lot of material in this skirt so it is gathered a lot around the waist and looks a little bulky over the hips. Apart from that, the material is nice; the skirt is lined and I shall keep it.

Very easy to negotiate the website and placing an order is very straightforward with multiple payment options. Goods are always delivered swiftly and well packaged. If a refund is needed, returning is easy. My only concern is that very occasionally my refund is issued via a cheque . Unfortunately I am not always able to use the scan option and therefore have to visit my bank to pay in.
