I realised that my dress needed to be shortened but the link on line didn’t work. I rang and arranged for the dress to be shortened saying that I would send a cheque in the post as was scammed quite recently through giving out my credit card number via the phone so am very hesitant to do so. The dress didn’t arrive and when I rang about this Iwas told they hadn’t received my cheque ! It gave me a sense of a lack of trust despite having ordered at least a couple of times previously

All items purchased delivered promptly and very pleased with all garments as described in the brochure and on line. Very helpful phone staff when I had a query.
